On the Virtual Chinchillas website, each member is provided with a means of communicating  
with other members, it is called PM or Private Messaging.  It is anything but private.  The owner
and ANY "admin" can go in your Private messaging and read everything you have written.  This
is common knowledge to many, but not all.  

I knew this, so why would I be so stupid as to say anything that, I thought, would get me kicked
off of the site?  I would not and did not.

The following correspondences, between the owner and myself, is in reference to my account
and another member's being frozen due to what we wrote to each other in a private message.    
The site was messing up and we were trying to get in-touch with the owner or one of the
*admins*  ...  no one would reply.  He, Billydkd, sent an PM to every administrator and the owner,
with no response.

He was expressing his frustrations to me and I agreed with them.  At no time did we use cuss
words or say anything that was bad or against the rules.   I stated that if they were not going to
be available to be there to help (on a regular basis~ as in EVERY weekend), their should be a
notice stating that.  This would be so people would not get so frustrated when trying to get help,
due a problem with the site.

Well JoAnn that would be because all that you seem to do anymore is bad mouth me and the site
behind my back.  Im so tired of it - I cant handle it anymore.  All the time I have people coming to
me - or see messages that you wrote between you and another person.  Saying how terrible the

Note:  
(1)  I do not remember "bad mouthing" her to any one. ... Unless she is referring to when she ask
EVERYONE (regular and up-graded members) on the site to empty/delete all their PMs so that
their would be space cleared in the data base.  Within that statement she also promised the
members she would release the next chin to the site if they would ALL do this.  She did not
release a chin that month that would have been for all to receive freely, she did release several
chins that were for up-town (paying) members only.  When ask by a non-up-graded member when
it would be released,  I did is post the question 'When will the new chin be released in reference
to the PMs being deleted?'   I think MS Rothermel took that as 'bad-mouthing' her, would you?
   
(2)  I do not remember, at anytime, saying Ms Rothermel did not spend enough time on the site.
   
(3)  I am constantly trying to help other members and did, many times over, praise the work she
has done on the site.
   
(4)   I DO bring to her attention anything I see that is going on that is against the rules.  Is this
what she is considering 'bad mouthing her'?
   
(5)   Administrator/Moderator ... I do not carry that title ... Is it my place to do the job of others?

With no response from you to my earlier e-mail on the unjust freezing of my account and that of

 You are on notice to refund the sixty dollar ($60) check sent to you by me.  IF I had broken any
rules to be frozen, I understand I would not have the rights to a refund, but since I was frozen for
personal reasons, I will expect a refund check within the next two weeks.  I have no proof of the
cash (an additional $60) I put into the site, via "Sassy", so I will not expect you to honor that sixty
dollars without proof, but I do have proof of the check and of the reason my account was frozen.

 At this time, you are on notice to remove ALL my personal drawings and pictures from your web
site, except those mentioned below.  At no time, did I give you the copy rights to them.   The ones
that I did for Jamie Huggins, while she was still owner, were given to her, with all copyrights and
were sold to you, with my permission, with the sale of the website.  Those consisted of the
standard gray angora, the hetro beige angora, the homo beige angora, the pink white angora and
the black velvet tag trophy chinchilla.   You have two weeks to remove all others from your
website and do NOT have the right to use them on the current or on any other web site.

  If this is not done within the 2 week period, expect to hear from an attorney.

 Your purchase of the site from Jamie began from the date you took it over from Leon, it is only
the final payment, that was delayed until April 29th, 2008.  You have added several of my
graphics since the time you took over the site, they will be removed because they are not yours
to keep.  I stated those that were given to Jamie would go with the site.  You know that to be
true.  You added my additional graphics, NOT Jamie.  You added graphics after you took over as
"owner" of the site.  I still have all the files for each chinchilla made and it is computer dated.   
There will be no other discussion on this.  You have two weeks to get them off of the site.  

  I hope you have a good attorney, should you decide to continue to keep the graphics on site.  
By the way, I still have the letter in which you agreed to remove all graphics, should that be my
desire.

All of this can and will become public knowledge should you decide to refuse to remove the
graphics.
