I want to let you know that I have seen the pages you added to your site and have passed it on to
my lawyer. My lawyer has told me to let you know that you have 24 hours from now to remove all
statements you have put on your site regarding me and Jacqueline, it is called Declamation of
Character and you can and will be sued for it. I have done nothing to you for you to trash my
name as you have. Jacqueline is also seeking legal assistance against you.
You are not the first person to ever be banned from Vchins or any other site and you sure won't
be the last. Why try to ruin people because you can't take that you were frozen? I had absolutely
nothing to do with it. No there was not a second set of rules just for me, I asked Jaq if I could do
something and I was given permission to do so, she is the owner of the site and if she chose to
change rules she had that right. As far as the amount of money I have spent or will spend on
VChins it NONE of yours or anyone else's business. You plainly showed your jealousy on your
web page, members of Vchins are reading it and laughing at you.

I have no intention of taking down what is now on my website. Once the graphics that I made,
are removed, I will consider it. I do have copies of all the original IMs and e-mails from you and
Jacqueline both, to support what I have stated and quoted.
What I have on there concerning you, is strictly quotes from you, if that is trashing your name,
you are the one trashing your name, not me. Your deeds, whatever they may be, good or bad,
often come back to haunt you. You may want to keep that in mind for a future reference.
IF I had done something against the rules, IF there had been a valid reason, for my account to be
frozen, it would not bother me. But, because my account was frozen at the whim of someone
who, in my opinion, can not take the truth or accept a suggestion, then my account being frozen
bothered me. It bothered me, not due to the actual account being frozen, but of what others
might think of me because my account had been frozen. According to the rules, as I understood
them, you had to do something wrong or bad to be frozen, and I did not. I did not, and do not
want, other members to think I broke the rules. By freezing my account, Jacqueline, has made it
"appear" that I had broken some rule/rules. If defamation of character could be claimed, it is I
who could claim it. Even she, Jacqueline, in a way, in my opinion, admitted as much, by offering
to un-freeze my account, giving me the choice of my account being frozen or unfrozen. As
owner of a site, if I froze someone's account, with just reason, I surely would not be offering to
unfreeze that same account.
I love your second paragraph: "I had absolutely nothing to do with it." Maybe, not with the freezing of my
account, but you, yourself, gave me the perfect example to display the points I have made.

what I said? She (Jacqueline) gave you "permission" ..."and if she chose to change the rules she

business." Then, why did you tell me how many ageless chins you had, if you considered it none
of my business? As I said, normally, I did not go into other people's accounts.
Jealousy? What in the world would there be to be jealous of? It is my graphics that are being
used without my permission. It is my talent being used without my permission. Are my
graphics so wonderful and irreplaceable that they can not be done by anyone else?
Are they really worth that much? Are they so special that the site can not be run
without them? I am flattered! You have made my day.
