Once the show starts, we listen intently to the judges as they
critiques each chinchilla, this is the very reason many come, and
bring their chinchillas to show ... to see the best and learn from the
best.  This is where we learn what to look for in a chinchilla when it
comes time for us to add to our herd and/or put into breeding, or just
buy a "pet" that is healthy and high quality.   It is so nice when every
one is listening to the judge, and  saves their own comments and
questions for later!   The judge would not be a judge, if he/she did
not know what they are doing and have the experience and
knowledge they have
.
